Horizontal bright annealing line

Our horizontal bright annealing line processes foils of special alloys, nickel alloys, high grade steels, and titanium as well as strips 0.025–1.0 mm thick and 150–500 mm wide in an inert gas atmosphere of hydrogen, nitrogen, or argon – free of oxide and scratching at temperatures up to 1,200 °C.

By adjusting the temperature, throughput rate, and atmosphere, our machinery can obtain the required mechanical properties like tensile strength, elongation, and grain size within tight tolerances.
