20-roll-Sendzimir

Our state of the art 20-roll Sendzimir mills in Hagen, Schwerte, and Duncan (SC) produce precision strips, foils, and superfoils 0.015 to 1.0 mm thick and 2.0 to 550 mm wide.

Our mills are also designed for reversing work and can reduce strip thicknesses from 1.0 to 0.015 mm. At the same time, the strip thickness and the strip flatness are measured and controlled on a continuous basis.

In implementing the specifications for precise and flat strips and foils and observing the tightest tolerances, we make use of non-contact measuring instruments (X rays, isotope radiation), hydraulic control, and specific roll configurations.

The values obtained are documented in an SPC report and provided on request.
